This article was giving her such a headache... It was hard not to just write down her anger, because that would be unprofessional and make her writing suffer. But writing about Murkoff just stirred up a rage inside of her and she wanted so badly to take them down.
A crash from the den made her look up and sigh. Looks like her kids were making a mess again.
"THOMAS! JAMES! YOU TWO BETTER CLEAN WHATEVER THAT WAS UP RIGHT NOW OR I'LL TELL YOUR DAD."
Speaking of their dad... A glance at the clock told her that Waylon should be home any time soon. He was taking a bit longer than normal... She glanced down at her left hand, smiling a little bit at the small diamond. Waylon hadn't been able to afford anything too big, given their budget and having to focus on the kids but... it was nice.
I can't believe we're finally getting married...
The sound of the front door opening shook her out of her thoughts and she got up, following her sons as they ran to see their father.
