So in witchcraft, thereâs this thing called âshadow workâ, and I was like âDang, that sounds dangerous, what is it?â So I went researching and found out that its just ways of dealing with trauma and what-not, and I was like âOh, maybe Iâll go ahead and do some of that! How?â and it turns out I already do shadow work
because âInner child therapyâ is a form of shadow work
