"The Twilight Zone" has returned periodically since its debut over 60 years ago, including a CBS All Access revival beginning its second season this week. Yet in a twist worthy of the show's creepy music, the original series speaks to the strange times through which we're living more directly and profoundly than the new one.
Definitely give Jordan Peele’s updated version a go, but the original still hits like the day it came out.

This Drama Should Be Over
To clarify another point, Beetledrink is the only reason this drama is still going on (and is, of course, the only reason it began). In the summer of 2017, while I was trying to stay neutral in the conflict, I privately contacted her to negotiate a truce between her and Noah.
She was asked to stop talking to and about Noah, and to make a post asking everyone else to do the same. In return, Noah and his allies would stop talking to and about her. She sent me a response saying something to this effect:
“There will be no peace at any price. Noah sent me invasive, disgusting, lascivious messages, and for that he deserves to be punished forever.”
Except, of course, I knew Noah didn’t send those messages. It was either an unknown anon or a figment of her imagination. I politely asked her why she equated Noah with the anonymous harasser, and she didn’t answer. A little while later, I received a message from Bogleech telling me Beetledrink had just told him I was being mean to her.
That’s the story of how Beetledrink refused to agree to a truce, and of how Bogleech first got involved in her feud with Noah.
