Where would you put yourself

when did you come up with the idea for Haven,, and when did you start working a lot on it? I know some people have ideas for a while before they really work on it ^^;

I'm still working on them but I'm getting them done slowly but surely !! Ty for the support :D

The idea of Haven spawned from an adaptation of an old character of mine into a new one,, so like,,, was sorta based entirely on the concept of one character, then expanded into larger world building. I originally started designing Ren, one of the main characters, about 6 years ago now ! I haven't done anything official with Haven yet except some writing here and there, but I have enough of a good idea of the plot and characters to begin fleshing out an actual webcomic (once I actually get the time and practice to do so LOL.)

The main factor of the world building was that Ren has magic and he also has wings, so the world building needed to include a magic system and also explanation of avians and expanding on the implications of avians existing. I thought it would be fun to add in Reptilian, Amphibian, and Piscine characters as well. So basically just mammals mixing with every other group of the animal kingdom.

I sorta just went to the plot from there! I could explain a bit more of that to you in very basic ideas of the characters, but to understand it fully requires me to drop a bunch of spoilers haha! You could probably dm me and I might be able to explain in more detail if I have time :)

Have you ever missed someone knowing they’re right there, and you could easily talk to them but you don’t because you don’t know if they wanna talk to you??

Yep! I do this a lot. Lately I've been doing this with my close friends, psyching myself out thinking they don't like me anymore or that I annoy them LOL. It's a hard habit to shake, but I know it's not realistic and probably isn't the case. I would say it's safe to assume you will never for sure know the way someone might react until you actually reach out; as long as you are respectful and honest, ppl will be a lot more accepting and chill about it than u may expect.
