Beef Ramen Noodles Stir Fry is a great mix of tastes and textures, with soft beef, crunchy vegetables, and salty noodles in a tasty stir-fry sauce. It's an easy and quick meal that's great for weeknights when you're busy.
Ingredients: 2 packs instant ramen noodles. 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 onion, sliced. 1 bell pepper, sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup broccoli florets. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon ginger, grated. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. 2 green onions, chopped for garnish. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the instant ramen noodles. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the vegetable oil in a big pan or wok over medium-high heat. Put in the beef slices and cook them until they turn brown. Take them out of the pan and set them aside. Put the broccoli, onion, bell pepper, and garlic in the same pan. It's done when the vegetables are soft but still crisp. Put soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl and mix them together. Put the cooked ramen noodles back in the pan with the beef. Cover the beef and noodles with the sauce. Mix well and heat all the way through. Add pepper and salt to taste. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
