So you've told ME lore about Pan, but for the sake of our longer reblog chain, why don't you tell the PEOPLE more about Pan?
Also, have unrelated beach photo I took like, a week ago. Or 2 weeks, I dunno.
I think I pretty much wrote most of the stuff I know about him in the Stubs main post mainly—
Also it’s not like I created him: you can go google him if you want I just took most of my stuff for that
With ALL THAT BEING SAID, here’s a little thing for you all—
Pan is not used to having a cleric patron. He has bards a plenty, and Druid’s galore. But a healer saytr? That’s new
(Littler mermaid reference for no reason at all)
And I kinda imagine how the whole “magic” thing works is that Stubs had to “pray” (or just kinda talk to) Pan and ask for the magic needed to do…whatever he’s asking for
And the pan pipes are used in place of any materials the spell would need otherwise (like dnd)
Most of the magic stuff is kinda based on DnD but I wanted to add that b/c I thought it would be fun :3
So I just imagine whenever Stubs asks him for something Pan has to frantically figure out A. If that’s possible and B. Just overall how it works
I did write a non-canon thing of Pan litteratly going “hold-up” and looking up cleric spells on a computer
Obvs uncanon because saytrs don’t know what computers are but it’s a funny thought nonetheless
Oh I guess here is the link I use to help with most of my pan stuff: https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Pan_(deity)
