Okay so I am sorry it’s been so dead around here for the past few weeks. Been getting my head out of the gutter. More or less metaphorically. (don’t ask you don’t want to know) I’ll get back on that wild stallion and ride him until he’s sweaty and trembling between my things. Ie. I have every intention of getting back on that horse, yeah? Yeah. ;)
Also, I did watch the whole episode, not just that awesome fantasmic exchange between Dean and Cas (or Cas saying um, hello to Rowena on repeat for ten minutes) and there’s just goodness here, thank goodness. No surprise from this corner, of course, but yay Rowena is set for a redemption arc and she’s powerful as fuck and TFW finally realised they should perhaps maybe utilise this. Why is Lisa Berry’s voice so hypnotic? God she’s so amazing all over. And wait creeper reaper said what? She’s just... there? Always? It’s not just daddy watching? WELL COCK BLOCK THE WHOLE FANDOM WHY DON’T YOU??

And Cas didn’t drink the beer. *shivers down my spine of pleasure* AND NAOMI NAOMI NAOMI and what the fuck the whole killing Dean Winchester comment and that whole exchange and omfg!! Also - 9 angels. Ohhhh dear. So should we want more to be created, or not? Balance can be upheld with only 9 as long as Gabriel agrees to rule/sit on the throne/stay in Heaven to power it, right? And it feels like Gabriel is headed back home, for all his protesting that he doesn’t care. He’s been avoiding the place for so long it makes sense that he would finally reconcile himself with his past. Yeah. It makes him fit seamlessly in with pretty much every other character arc on this show: reconciling with the past in order to move into your future. Poor Gabe, must be so disappointed he just fits in the mould.
Well, I’m just happy and content right now, but I’m also, unfortunately, exhausted. I’ll hit you up with some more elaborate thoughts tomorrow.
