Someone on twitter asked if robots sleep, eat or poop. And, for my own quick draw, I'd like to have these here.

They eat in G1, Beast Wars, and the IDW's MLP Crossover. Besides Cannibalism, there are few prepared snacks besides energon goodies which are just energon in a solidified state. Organic matter is compatible with their fuel storage depending on their body, as Beastformers, and 'different' bots have evolved or were made to integrate with more than cybertronian matter.
Bayverse shows Megatron feeding hatchlings mineral energon which means something in them can process it in a rocky form.

My guess is that actual foods are more of a niche. Focusing on oil (Animated/Macaddam's/Bayverse Hound's gasoline drinking problem.) over something they can crunch and swallow.
Waste:
They can vomit. Bumblebee can lubricate the man. That's all that seems to be canon.
Waspinator drinks sewage fuel in IDW Windblade which outright came from other bots and considering how siphoning directly from other bots is intensely frowned upon, personal energon/oil can come out of them as a byproduct for consumption, it's just treated as major gross.
