Gaining subscribers is one of the hardest things you can do, but do not worry, if you have the motivation and patience you will succeed, i guarantee you.

I Youtube but i have only just started getting into it properly. I only had 500 subscribers 1 month ago, but through understanding youtube i turned it into 1000. I did this by thinking about my video before starting, i wrote a brief script before every video, this helped A LOT!! You have to up your quality of your videos, take your time with them if you want people to view them, think about it, time is like money, if people put their time into something, they expect to get their (Lets say “times worth” instead of “moneys worth”) and if you do it right, people will take a chunk out of their 24 hours to watch your videos. My friend who just hit 60k Subscribers, was on 2000 in January, no offence to him but his thumbnails and content is terrible, BUT he was consistent, he stuck through it creating content every week, he must of uploaded 5 videos a week, going OVERTIME on the OVERTIME is what you need to do, to succeed on YouTube.

As i said at the start, it is hard, it’s hard because people do not like taking a lot of time on something like YouTube, unless you’re earning money from it, but get yourself a part time job, so you can you know Survive. But do not put that in front of YouTube if you truley want to make it. If you want to Gain Subscribers that bad then it won’t seem that bad. Remember upload because you want to, not because you have to. You’re a Creator.
