“Scorch” with Marvin and someone else?
uh turns out i’m incapable of writing only a few sentences, take this mess
sorry but also i hope you like it
Jackie’s arms were scorched from elbow to wrist, deep red lines etched into his skin. His wrists and ankles were chafed from the rough rope that held him to his chair, but that was a mere annoyance compared to the searing pain that radiated from every mark. Sweat poured down his face, tears streamed from his eyes, and he was pretty sure he had nearly bitten through his lip, but he hadn’t screamed. He knew he couldn’t scream, or he would never be able to stop.
Marvin pressed the hot poker against his arm again, and Jackie bit his lip again, stifling a groan. “Oh, come on, Jackie,” Marvin said, amused. “You’re not going to wake anyone up, you can be a little louder than that.” Jackie’s chest heaved, but he still managed to spit out a breathy, “Fuck you.” Marvin laughed. “Alright, alright, I guess I’m not trying hard enough,” he said, a smile playing on his lips. “How about this?” He pressed the poker into Jackie’s other arm, hard. He seized, jerking against his restraints violently. A sob escaped his throat, and a low chorus of obscenities tumbled from his lips, but he didn’t scream. Marvin tsked. “I can’t hear you!,” he said cheerily. He pushed the metal into Jackie’s skin again and again, but he resisted. He swore and sobbed and begged for mercy, but he didn’t scream. He refused to give him the satisfaction.
Marvin’s movements became erratic. His hands shook as he forced the hot poker against Jackie’s flesh. His anger became more and more palpable until he ripped the metal off of his flesh with a violent force, lobbing the metal rod at the wall of the small room they were confined in. Jackie flinched at the sound, his breath coming in shallow gasps.
Marvin lowered himself to meet his eyes. Buried under his matted locks of curly green hair, Jackie could still see the static blur flickering in Marvin’s eyes. His eyes were wild, a carnal rage warping his features to be nearly unrecognizable. Whoever Marvin had been before was gone.
A manic grin spread across Marvin’s face. “Hey Jackie,” he stage-whispered. “Wanna see a magic trick?” Before he could respond, Marvin mimed holding the poker and motioned like he was pressing it to his skin. Jackie gasped as the familiar blistering pain bloomed on his arm. He looked down to his arm, expecting to see another burn appear next to the others, but that section remained bare. “Neat, huh?” Marvin grinned. He giggled, the sound bouncing around the room. “Try this.”
Another motion, and Jackie’s whole body was on fire. Every inch of his skin, every cell in his body was alight, and he screamed. He screamed, his body twisting away from Marvin until his wrists and ankles were dripping blood. He could feel the metal piercing his insides, his brain, and he screamed. He screamed until his voice gave out, until his brain shut down.
It was only then that the inferno disappeared and Jackie’s body slumped onto the chair, drained of energy. His eyelids drooped and his head lolled to the side. His breath was ragged. Marvin watched him curiously. “I bet I never told you I could do that, huh?,” he marveled. “I’m sure that would have been something I was ashamed of, at one point.” Jackie struggled to even look in Marvin’s direction. The manic energy of a minute before seemed to have dissipated, replaced with a detached coldness. “Not anymore,” Marvin said, matter-of-fact. His eyes seemed to glow with static now. He leaned in close to Jackie’s face.
