ooc. definitely. and i certainly pine pathetically for some during their absences. everyone who’s been following me for longer than the past year probably knows who i’ll name, but the person i miss seeing the most on my dash at the moment (and probably forever) is courtney. once upon a time, she had a camden lahey, and we used to upset everyone with our lahey brothers verse. idk. sometimes you meet people and they click so well with you. it isn’t even necessarily about writing skill (though she’s a great writer). it’s just... likemindedness. she can be found at takealapx now, if she’s not working her ass off as an apprentice chef.

     So this is what humiliation felt like. It’s not something someone of her SOCIAL STATUS experienced often ( && god, did she hope she’d never experience it again ). She’d been waiting nearly two hours now && there was still no sign of Jackson. The waiters were probably all taking bets on the PATHETIC little redhead && when she’d finally realize that she’d been stood up. Just as she was about to throw in the towel, someone slides into the seat across from her -- someone who definitely wasn’t what she was EXPECTING.                                                  “ -- excuse me ??”
