I swear, one of these days I'll get a hang of tumblr and do things like search my tag...

1. Would you rather be blind, deaf, or mute? Mmm, probably mute. I can deal with not talking, I do it often, and I'm pretty sure I could get by with only talking to people by typing things down. 2. What is an album that I should listen to? Why? Heh, I'm the worst person to ask this question. How about this, I think you should listen to Old Man's War by John Scalzi. Amazing book and I think it's actually better as an audiobook. 3. What’s your favorite scent? What memories does it bring about? Burning wood, like, campfire wood. No real reason, just like the smell of it.  4. If you could meet anyone (dead or alive) who would you choose and why? I'd want to chat with Christopher Hitchens, I read all of his books after he had passed away and I wish I could tell him how much they mean to me. Either him or Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and tell him how much his Challenger series kept me on my toes as a kid and try not to tell him how big Sherlock Holmes has gotten since he died... 5. You’re going to die tomorrow. What does your last meal consist of? Ice cream. Tons of it. Either that or steaks, as many as I can eat. Hell, both. Both is good. 6. What did you want to be (when you grew up) when you were a child? Ninja scientist. Research by day, assassin by night. 7. Who was the first band that you saw live? Umm...Nico Vega? 8. If you could kill anyone (without remorse, guilt, or consequence) who would you kill and why? The pope, not the current one, the last one. He's getting away with hiding scandals of child rape by hiding in the Vatican City.  I'd do it slowly. 9. Have you ever broken any bones? How? Yes, quite a few of them. I'm clumsy.  10. What was your first pet? What was their name? Rex? He was a mutt. I don't remember much of him. 11. What is your favorite quote? I have two Here is my secret. It is very simple. A) it’s really hard to sing that without doing the piano part. At least it is for me. B) you have way more guts than I. That was impressive.

My god, your life always just sounds so ridiculous! I love it! Aside from how frequently it involves you getting injured. Remember that time the random guy punched you?

Hahaha, you know, for a moment, I had to think about that.  My thoughts actually went like this, "Umm...was it....the time during a boxing practice? Or what about that time last week? Oh geez, I'm going to have to read my own blog to remember the last time I wrote about getting punched in the head, since it happens so often..."

Awkward...

And it is a bit ridiculous. If you would have told a younger me that I'd, on a regular basis, swing a sword around in tournaments and also belong to a boxing club, I'd declare bullshit.

i own the first four books… i just need to actually finish reading them. the second one is taking FOREVER to get into. despite already seeing season 2. bleh. I WILL PREVAIL.

oh god everyone’s dead and i still need to finish the second book so I can watch the new season and argh they’re all dead. I know it.

Just a suggestion...read the third book before you watch this season. The third book is THE BEST of all the books thus far, in my opinion. And yes, everyone is dead. It's George R.R. Martin. Everything you love has been spoiled and has died. There is no happiness, ever. There are no good guys, no bad guys, the evil ones live far too long and the good die early.  And Joffrey is an ass. Always an ass.
