discontent by beatriz serano
i haven't done one of these in a while, so i thought i'd write my thoughts on this book. it was short and not much plot. but i found it hilarious and it did what it set out to do. reminds me of how terribly monotonous life can be. it made me grateful for my job because i do not work with fake corporate people. theres other problem i deal with but not that. i couldn't be able to handle that. her anxiety was relatable. i always have the urge to leave a crowded room lol. i've also dreamed of getitng hit by a car to get out of work or school. how terrible bleak is it that i can relate to a satire about boring office life. and how it makes me want to rip my hair out. and how happy i was for her that she got badly injured and will be compensated enough to never need to work again. this was hilarious, dark, and a great satire about office culture.
