Recent trip to New Orleans included some digging. I didn't get to hit all the spots but I'll share the ones I went to.
Spot #1: Peaches Records
This place was pretty cool, but it was overpriced. It had 2 floors and the upstairs was a little better. It looked like they were redoing it a bit, so the records were less curated and cheaper. I found a few things that didn't kill my budget before I got a chance to check out other spots.
This is an exciting project that examines the world of beatdiggin culture through the eyes of some of hip hops most elite producers and DJs from around the globe.
