I feel so behind on you guys and the fitblr way.
Work has been INSANE. I have been so busy. Yesterday I worked...13.5 hours?? I think? I dunno. Split shift. And its not sitting at a desk doing easy stuff. Its lifting, carrying, pushing, hammering. All of it.
That makes me happy...but I want more of a workout workout.
I booked 2 sessions with my trainer this week. Tues and Thurs. So that's awesome. He's really great. He met Jillian Michaels last week. like holy awesome.
On Wed is my last ball hockey game for the season. We are defending our title! Going for GOLD!
On Sat is the Birchwood Bender race....6.4 kms of hilly-ness. Rachel wants to mock run it this week. I think we should....maybe....on Fri?
So Mon and Fri are open to workouts... I am thinking after work I will do skipping and weights alternating.
