*bends down to the boys level* Yes please, I'd really appreciate it.
He takes a timid step back once you bend, but nods and quietly asks,
“Follow me then p-please.”
The way he walks is so cute, a little waddling. He leads you through the winding halls of the castle, who would’ve known there was such a need for space in a castle? But eventually the boy knocks on a door at the very end of one hallway that you can guess is near the top of the castle, he calling softly,
“Daddy! C-Can I come in?”
“Yes, little Fae, come in.”
“D-Dad! Don’t call me thaaat!”
The boy seems to be embarrassed, especially since you’d heard the nickname. He opens the door though, running in and launching himself onto the bed that Nara is sitting on, he dressed in royal clothing with a cape at his back. He doesn’t seem to notice you yet, drawing the little boy into his lap and hugging him.
“Then what should I call you?”
The kid grins as he puts his hands to his sides, safely away from anything flammable, and fire consumes his hands, as if ignited from inside. They are a gorgeous lavender color, the same color as Judge’s magic.
“Your mother couldn’t do that.”
“No, Daddy, don’t.. mention Mama. He scares me..”
The boy hugs Nara gently, the flames extinguished, and Nara holds him tightly, before glancing up and noticing you. He doesn’t say anything though, kissing the side of Icarus’s head and murmuring,
“Why don’t you head down and take care of your duties.”
The little one pauses in front of you, clearing his nonexistent throat and announcing,
“Th-The King will see you now!”
Nara is heard laughing softly as the skeleton runs down the hall, before standing and dusting himself off.
“I never imagined one of you would come here to see me. How are you?”
