It’s been some time since I’ve written in my journal. Only thing of note is the goblins somehow steering the ship to Pandaria and not Booty Bay. Suppose that is a big deal. Luckily we landed in a fishing village inhabited by kind and welcoming pandaren.

Work is coming easy and we should have the ship resupplied in no time. In the meantime I’ve heard word from an old friend and I wish he’d given me good news. Ukral tells me the Banshee Queen has been ordering more and more scouts towards Alliance settlements, more then usual. He’s training more and more grunts. The Horde army is swelling and in my eyes it’s like the river before a flood.

Dear 2015 Me and 2018 Me

Entry One:

Suppose it’s fitting, to start a new journal in a new chapter in my life. Perhaps it was always meant this way. A lot has happened since I left Argus. For one I got to see my boy again. He’s doing well! Little skinny so he’s not eating as well but still fit. Guess I can’t complain but I’ll always worry for him.

Met a kindred spirit in Hutane Longstride. Another sunwalker. I think he’s roughly my age and quite easy on the eyes. He was the first I confided in about Sunstone Company. An’she’s will he was right on board.

A quiet elf sought me out, Ala’danas… I’m sure I spelled that wrong. Sweet boy. He also has little experience but considering the combat I plan to enter will not be as dire, new blood will alright. He’s a mage so I am unsure if I can help with his training but I can mold him into a fine, level headed warrior in time.

My ship is finally cleaned of both filth and angered spirits and with cargo fully loaded, I should set sail in a few days. Suppose it’s good I have two wayfinders now. I had unfortunately hired Mixxs and Fraxx to do this job… Mixxs being the one that safely sailed my ship in the first place. But I’ve since found an able troll to do so as well.

Although I am unsure how I feel about Jazz, the shadowhunter. He’s no love for Sylvanas so I guess that makes him good enough. But time will tell. Hopefully he’ll get along with my other trolls Raziax and Dyzz. Oh and Zol’zhin. Old as earth but Earthmothers will he still can pick up a weapon. He came highly recommended by Tamatala so that was enough for me.

Sashrui dumped Trobu on me… Not sure how I feel about this. He’s a nice enough amani, more like a happy bear cub then a big brute. But his intelligence is… well I’ve met peons that might be smarter. An’she forgive me, my words are cruel but true. I think she just lost patience with him. He’s been truly somber without his friend, and I think crush, Jazali. Perhaps I can make better use of him then the zandalari witch.

I’ve also managed to hire a kindly forsaken girl, a tauren alchemist and an elven scout. I met Eriania while having a beer in Ratchet. My tour in Northrend has made me… wary… of forsaken and well anything that is dead yet moving. But Eriania has a kind soul. Her dedication to her pets is admirable. I worry about her corehound setting the ship on fire though…

Ottohastis and Mithera met me in Orgrimmar. They didn’t know one another but came at the same time. Otto seems a nice enough bull, his potions and tonics will come in handy and his knowledge of kodos I hope will help him care for the beasts on the ship. I aim to pair Mithera with Raz. Having two scouts will help quite a bit but it remains to be seen if the blood elf can handle the… obnoxious troll.
