MEDICAL-RELATED STUFF!

hello everyone!! here's just a few updates on what's going to be happening (because i have realised that im actually not doing a great job right now about taking care of my health at all):

i'm FINALLY getting an appointment for the cough ive had for TWO YEARS! YAY! going to get seen by a respiratory specialist soon :3 (my dad says that they're super nice and funny, i'm still a little worried though), theyll be testing my lung function and stuff, my dad suspects i have a really bad allergy to dust (i have an inhaler from before but it never really worked so i stopped using it)

i've cooked my posture to the point where if i look down at my phone for too long, i get headaches at the base of my skull so in order to try and help this, i'm going to try and reduce my phone usage for a while, FROM THE 1ST OF JULY TO THE 3RD OF JULY, I WILL NOT BE ACTIVE ON TUMBLR (to protect my neck and because i'm on a school trip)

i'm going to try and keep a log of how many sweets i'm eating (esp ice creams in this weather) bc my mum thinks i may have pmos bc of a blood test i had which showed higher than normal levels of androgens and bc i get hair in weird places (lwk grow a mustache sometimes haha)

also going to try and not use tumblr on my phone so i don't cook my posture that bad esp bc i had a lower back spasm last year, i feel it may come back again tho so im gonna do stretches and stuff
