Russel Wright designed this carafe to keep beverages cold as evidenced by the opening that is pinched (keeps ice corralled).

The handle is large enough for an adult to hold comfortably and securely.

Round but not roly-poly, the carafe tapers . . . perfectly. While the weight at the bottom keeps the carafe secure on the table.

Wine, Iced Tea, Water or your favorite beverage.

Available in three of the original glazes produced by Steubenville Pottery from 1939-1959.
