That moment when everything changes.
If you had told me this time last year that I would be on the fast track to an amazing career, a beautiful life and a stellar experience, I probably would have rolled my eyes, called you crazy and walked away.
It’s strange to think about how far I’ve come, both personally and professionally. In just a few short months I’ll be a graduated and licensed cosmetologist and I’ll be out in the great big world. But I won’t be alone.
I had the opportunity to meet and bond with some of the greatest minds in the business this past weekend, and was reminded that I have one of those people right at my fingertips. I heard amazing words of encouragement, understanding and support.
I’m very fortunate to go to a wonderful school and have incredible experiences much like the one I had this weekend at BEACON 2015. I’ve been inspired, validated and so much more. Now it’s time to step up my game and give this life my all.
Get ready world. Here I come!
