I loved today!! What a fun experience to be at @parkwayplacemall in the @pimentosathens pop-up shop! I enjoyed talking to everyone who had never heard of my line, several who watched #beachflip on @Hgtv and some of my forever friends! I was there for around 6 hours and the 4 people that I’ve known for at least 25 years all showed up at the same time! Why didn’t we get a pic of everyone? Well, my aunt Linda took this one and little did she know she would have to take several before one was approved! Raise your hand if you’ve ever done that 🙋🏻‍♀️. I’m thankful for all of it. Doing shows in new places is always just to meet people. There are no $$ expectations because it’s just important to get out there...in front of people...and talk to them! We LIVED together for 7 weeks and honestly, weren't tired of each other. Tired of the producers? yes! But, we fell in love with all the cast members of #BeachFlip and wish for reunions all the time. ⠀ ⠀ Luckily, I've kept in touch with all of them, but especially Sarah of @nestrs . The TV show was hard work and hard to put in so much effort and not win. I know, we all won, but we didn't. Sarah and I had the same mentality coming off the show. What would we do with our #fiveminutesoffame?⠀ ⠀ I'll tell you what Sarah did with hers. She and Nick have kept the momentum going with their amazing renovation on their house in Queens that was a featured AirBNB and they sold for a very nice profit. They've been traveling and renovating in the past several months from Seattle to Ohio. If you want to follow what is sure to be an adventure, find them on Instagram! You can watch the daily updates on their stories of the 4-plex they are currently working on, help pick out paint colors and shutters and laugh at their daily antics. #tbt because it's Thursday and it's been 2 whole years since #BeachFlip was on! How can that be possible! This was our winning bedroom. If you watched, you'll remember that we finished the room and the other teams didn't. What you don't know is that we were done at least 30 minutes before everyone and. We had to fake working for filming! Also, those margaritas? Lemonade. No tequila was drank during the filming of this show! 😂 it was a fun experience and I wouldn't trade it. Y'all this girl has a heart as big as Texas and she and her beau, @scotsman.co are premiering their new show #HGTVhometown tonight!! They are showing the world how to bring back a small town in Mississippi called Laurel with as much southern charm as you can imagine. She reached out to me when I was on #beachflip and asked how I could handle all the criticism. I was struggling hard with it, but knowing there are people out there that don't know you from Adam and choose to see the good are what makes life special. @erinapier and Ben are good people and I hope you'll sit down and watch tonight.
