Back to Our Roots -Lord Grass-
@mrsimongrass
Upon Simon’s request Lord Milori came back to his place of living another day. He chose one where the sun was only accompanied by a select amount of clouds and the temperature was not devastatingly warm. The latter portion was simply for himself so that he would not feel like he was melting by stepping around on the pavement that had been insistently poured upon the Earth for roads and walkways. Milroi detested it as it did nothing but trap heat to release upon those who were brave enough to venture over it.
It was also already Summer, his least favorite of the seasons, for obvious reasons, though he would never say that aloud. Nor should he need to. It was an unspoken bias that no fairy would confirm, but neither would they deny what their favorite season or time of year was as they were supposed to love them all equally. In the end it all counter balanced itself and the world kept spinning.
He stood in front of the door once more, enjoying the...hm. Well, he did not quite remember what is was that kept the inside of buildings cooler than that of the outside, but he was pleased to feel the cool air on his skin. Milori knocked, hoping that Simon would be home in order to accompany him on his first attempt at convincing the young fairy that embracing that side of him would be more beneficial to him than it would be to keep it locked away.
