Enjoy the delicious flavors of BBQ chicken in a convenient and satisfying wrap. This BBQ Chicken Wrap is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner and is sure to satisfy your cravings for smoky, savory goodness.
Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 4 large flour tortillas. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking oil for grilling.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Grill the chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until it's fully cooked. For the last few minutes of cooking, baste it with BBQ sauce. After taking the chicken off the grill, let it rest for a few minutes. Then, cut it into thin strips. Spread out a tortilla on a clean surface and top it with cheddar cheese shreds. On top of the cheese, put some of the sliced BBQ chicken. On top of the chicken, put chopped cilantro, diced green bell pepper, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion. Add a little more BBQ sauce to the ingredients. In order to make a wrap, fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up tightly. Do it again with the rest of the tortillas and ingredients. Put a little cooking oil in a grill pan or skillet and heat it over medium heat. Lay the wraps down in the pan seam-side down. Cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. If you want, you can serve the BBQ chicken wraps warm with extra BBQ sauce to dip them in.
