          as if things hadn’t been awkward enough ;  part of her had wanted to turn down the role, even though it was small .  but the casting director had pleaded with her, explaining that they’d been in a tight spot since the actress who had been cast had had to pull out last minute. sophie’s empathy got the better of her, and she had ultimately agreed. now the only concern was how joshua was going to take the news. after all, he’d made it clear that becoming friends again was not a priority. she hesitated outside of his trailer, hand hovering inches away from the door before she finally knocked.    ❝ josh, it’s me, ❞     she started, her voice soft.    ❝ can i come in? i need to talk to you about something. ❞    she knew the casting director had said that they would tell joshua about her being cast, but she wasn’t sure if he’d heard it yet.

     jooah didn’t want to be found, which was why she was in some back alley close to the shitty apartment building her shitty boyfriend lived in. it was cold and she fumbles a bit as she takes out a pack of cigarettes, popping the last one into her mouth. with a sigh, she pats her pockets down in search for her lighter only to come up empty handed and that’s when she saw an all too familiar face strolling up next to her, offering his light. she purses her lips before leaning forward, inhaling deeply and letting the smoke fill her lungs. “thanks,” she muttered. leave it to dohyun to find her. “don’t tell mom and dad,” she jokes.

     adorea hadn’t expected it to be so cold out today or she would have worn a few more layers. even then, the girl was tiny in general so she was almost always freezing whenever the weather dropped below 70 degrees. still , she had insisted on going on a walk and dragging ford with her. “ah, my hero~” she calls happily, soon slipping her arms into the large sleeves and wrapping the all too large coat around her frame. “you probably think i’m stupid for wanting to go on a walk when it’s snowing, don’t you? we can turn around if you want.”
