As @nspamc made this cute art for my dearest otp and @jathis and @ivnwrites showed interest in their story, Ā I need to tell a little more about them. Also, their ship name, Pochie, was the idea of @nspamc . Iām still so happy to have art for this very rare pair!!! Thank you so much!!!

Poe Dameron/ Clan Techie is that ship I come back to when I need something sweet and happy Ā <3
I have actually two versions of their story. In one Techie is Huxās twin. In the other Techie is an AI with BB-8ās data. But this version is not well developed. I donāt have much to tell about it:
My headcanon for BB-8!Techie is that Hux built an AI and used his own body as a model. The First Order manages to capture BB-8 and bring it to the General. Hux had problems with the AI he built, it just didnāt work right. As BB-8 is brought to him he had the idea to transfer BB-8ās data to the AI and so the AI would end up with an already well-operating coding. BB-8ās personality shows as well. (This is a different Techie than usual, he is more bubbly and lively!) BB-8!Techie manages to escape the First Order and returns to the Resistance. Poe is shocked but cares for him.
I donāt have much for this version of the story yet. Itās way more angsty than the following but I think just as equally interesting :D. Letās talk about it maybe :D
Twin Techie under the cut, because itās a little long :D
-Techieās name here is Arland. (It was Armin first, but then horatiosroomās Sussudio!Hux was named Armin and so I changed it. I needed something that sounded similar to Armitage, as they are twins and as I wanted something thatās just as unusual as Armitage, Arland happened.)
-They were separated shortly after their birth. Brendol demanded one child for his own. Their Mom was sent away with the other. Brendol never told Armitage about his brother, he also threatened their Mom to never tell Arland about Armitage.
-Arland and his Mom lived under hard conditions on a planet in the Outer Rim. As he was 12 he was attacked and heavily injured by older children. He lost his eyes afterwards and they couldnāt afford more than the cheap implants he has now.
-As he was about 17 his Mom became ill and as it was clear, that she wouldnāt survive, she contacted Brendol and asked him to take care of Arland. Brendol still wanted to keep the boy a secret and so he sent him away to hide him.
-He ended in one of the Orderās āreconditioning facilitiesā,as a tech responsible for the IT. By order of Brendol he was not allowed to leave the server rooms. Everything from the outside, especially everything about Armitage was to keep away from him as Brendol feared Arland would corrupt Armitage. The head of that facility, Ma-Ma, and a doctor working there were the only ones who knew he was there and who he was. The doctor was the only person who really cared about him and she became very important to him.
-The Resistance found out about the location of that facility and raided it. They took everyone prisoner to get information about the Orderās future plans.
-Arland was a sensation because he looked exactly like the General. He knew who General Hux was, but he never saw the man. As they showed him, he was shocked.
-Back at the Resistance base, it became clear soon, that Arland has not a single helpful information for the Resistance. So they freed him and offered him to stay at the base.
-As Poe saw him for the first time, Arland reminded him of BB-8. Orange and white and so unique with his eyes. Poe was rather charmed.
-Leia cared about Arland, but he felt lost and overwhelmed.
-He got new eyes. They asked him if he wanted some in a more natural colour, but he refused. He wanted the same bright blue as he had before. He didnāt want to look exactly like the General and he was used to the blue.
-Arland tried to avoid the people at the base and when he needed to be alone he used to hide. On a very hard day, he hid under a black and orange X-Wing and cried.
-Poe found him. He sat down beside him and started to talk to Arland. Poeās positive nature and warm words encouraged Arland to open up.
-Both became closer soon and developed feelings.
-Arland feels safe and Poe has someone to care for and spoil.
