So that's where he is, lmao. Whatever canon decides to do with him in the future, I plan for this characterization to play in. I hope we see him in the next arc!

The pub scene? I left that movie thinking Harry reacted to the rent boy comment not because of protecting Eggsy’s honour (well I  mean not just that). But because it’s a subject rather close to home because he was one himself. 

Oh BOY! Can I?? Careful, @sententiousandbellicose it's a slippery road for me... This is something that actually @glitteryrainbows and I discussed a few times. Basically Harry and this gardener's son (who doesn't have a name as of yet) grew up together. They've been friends since they could barely walk and have spent many seasons together playing, exploring and generally being innocent, happy boys. But when they're older that friendship develops into something more. And when Harry comes back home from school for the holiday things take a more passionate turn. They adore each other. Even if they have to hide their affection and kisses they're happy to be together. But of course the cat soon is out of the bag. Harry's parents go mental out of sheer shame and disgust. They want him out of their house. His father threatening to kill him if he ever dared to show his face again. But as distraught as Harry is he believes the gardener's son will be by his side, right? Because they love each other, right? But he turns his back on Harry. Choosing compliancy over love. This crushes Harry more deeply than being disowned by his parents. (then there's a whole slew of adventures involving him and a ragtag team of friends as they squat around late 70s London)

Holy god in heaven, @malmao I haven't?? And now it's all I can consider??? Like ok let's flesh this out because this is lovely. Eggsy is the new boy in school. His family just came into a butt load of money because a family member died (dad? Again?) so of course that means sending him off to an expensive school, right? And he hates it. he doesn't fit in and everyone is just cold and cruel. Harry of course can't help but watch him. He sticks out like a sore thumb but Eggsy makes no effort to try and fit in with the Digbys of the school. Also he's so rough around the edges harry can't help but be charmed... and a little turned on So he takes him under his wing so to speak. Harry shows Eggsy that not all posh people are tossers and Eggsy actually softens Harry a bit and makes him smile. Actually Eggsy is somewhat impressed with how little fucks Harry seem to give the system. And during that time. When they're climbing out the dorm windows to drink on the rooftops and skip morning sermons they both just become utterly besotted with each other. But Eggsy hasn't been with a boy. he's kissed a girl once and... it was alright. He didn't know how one should feel but the thought of kissing Harry makes him blush uncontrollably. Meanwhile Harry wants to do all sorts of things with those broad shoulders and beautifully toned arse. "You ever had sex with a boy, Eggsy?" Harry asks out of the blue one night while he's taking a swig from the smuggled bottle of Vermouth. "You what?" Already Eggsy's cheeks are a hot pink "Sex. With a boy" "...no?" Because if Eggsy has learned anything (apart from a bunch of useless latin) is that Harry can see right through anything. And that's when Harry leans in with a smile that reaches those chocolate eyes and asks. "Would you like to?"

So he comes home from school. Sexually confident and well read enough to impress his rather cold parents. And falls for the gardener’s son pretty damn hard. But soon enough his parents catch him and that’s when things just take a bit of a turn for Harry
