I did 30 minutes on my little stair machine on Friday, went for a nice walk yesterday with my boyfriend, and just finished another 30 minutes on my little machine while doing homework. It’s almost 1am but I worked late so hey, whatever. It’s not much, but there small steps to get back into the habit of working out. I still don’t have a gym membership and I can’t go nuts with my ankle/foot yet, so I’m doing what I can for now. And soon the snow will be gone and I can go for walks with bayharborbitcher again on the bike path~ so yaaay

if you have a regular sewing machine, it would be best to use a ballpoint needle and a zigzag stitch. the zigzag stitch is best for stretchy, knit fabrics on a regular machine because it allows for some stretch without the thread breaking if the fabric is pulled vertically. if you have a serger sewing machine, you can just sew it. hope this is helpful.
