Bat Zone
I have been granted the amazing opportunityto become a volunteer at the Bat Zone of Cranbrook Michigan.  Today I had my first tour of the facilities and met a bunch a cute little critters ranging from a sloth, bearded dragon, skunks, turtle, sugar gliders and of course, bats!  I’m very excited to learn new and amazing things throughout this new journey of mine. My boyfriend is the one that actually dug up volunteer information for me since he knows that my love for all animals is unconditional.  Apparently I had mentioned something about bats when we had first started dating and he clearly took note, because on Christmas day as I was unwrapping my gift from him there was additional paper work which happened to be a volunteer application to the Bat Zone :)
