Here's a little pictograph collage showcasing my latest Batman Cosplay - namely the new Batsuit that Bruce Wayne wears as his new default costume for the pre-DC Rebirth Batman storyline "Superheavy", which sports a new "gold lined" Bat logo, a new "W" black/ gold utility belt, & a brand new cape that has an inner dark purple color scheme - which is a nod to the original/ Zero Year era suit that had purple gloves. Planning this with @vikingvinni/ Green Arrow from the start to do the DC Rebirth cosplays for Cosplay Mania, I took inspiration from the costume's first appearance as seen in Batman #50 - written by @ssnyder1835 & drawn by Greg Capullo which depicts Bruce back as Bats and triumphantly returning in time to save his temporary stand in Jim Gordon from Mister Bloom. My look is comic book inspired and I wanted to be faithful to the pages as possible! In the end, I'm VERY HAPPY with turnout of this cosplay on its debut this October (just in time for Halloween) and look forward to it evolving as I progress with the tweaks, upgrades, and improvements down the line.
