Basically, it’s when you take an innocent character, almost always a virgin, and “corrupt” them.
This is popular with demon/priest ships, where the corruption is more literal–a being of darkness and depravity turning a holy man’s heart towards sin.
In other dynamics, it’s more about taking a chaste character and turning them into a cock-sucking, cum-guzzling thot. It’s corruption in a looser sense.
