This guy's name is Batayan, he's from chulip and he's a jobless musician. His "story" in the game is that you get him a job at a factory which he's initially thankful for but then he hates working so you fire him again an then he gives you a kiss

I’ve never played Chulip but by what I’ve seen of it, it seems like a pretty charming game! I’d like to give it a try sometime, Batayan seems like a guy I can definitely get into 👍
