Pbbbbt it’s always a pleasure to be associated with Iyami! Also, I know this guy! I mean, I’ve never seen this show, but I know *of* him! He’s pretty Iyami-ish, alright!

Actually, when I first learned of his existence, I was like “oh he’s is an expy of Iyami, there’s NO WAY he isn’t” and like, there ARE a considerable amount of Iyami expies on older anime since he’s such a well-recognized manga character but it turns out... Zenjiro is supposed to be a caricature of his voice actor, a stand-up comedian from the 80s/90s of the same name! He was known for his prominent teeth as well (though he seems to have had some dental work done in more recent days) so apparently... not an Iyami expy at all!

I’ve known sabo for like six episodes and I feel this in my soul to be true

Sabo is out there disrupting slave trades & trying to dismantle the oppressive gov’t. 

it’s such an easy way out. I’ve always preferred where their new family is endangered, not taken, and it makes them band together under stress. no one is snatched, but you see them struggle as a unit. you get to see how much better off this person is with who they’ve found, instead of how devastated they are without them. I live for the “I’m so glad you’re here/okay/alive” moments and I’m beyond tired of the….YJ Wally moment

Ahhhh thank you all so much for the good vibes!!!!!!! I thought it went pretty well, all things considered, heh. I mean, I might have been a bit too shy but like, I was doing something completely out of my comfort zone (I’m literally not used to be touched by other people!) so if you keep that in mind... I think I did pretty well!

He hasn’t contacted me at all today but I’m not going to blow his phone up or like, feel bad about it because as far as I know, that can mean a few, different things:

1) He’s taking his time, which is fine and I respect it. I also don’t like feeling obligated to text people every day.

2) He didn’t think we were compatible for one reason or another, which I’m also fine with, I want to be with someone who accepts me even if with my shyness and “quirky” personality (aka, my neurodivergent-ness) and if those are dealbreakers to him then we wouldn’t work out anyway.
