i feel like i'm going insane because even if i highball every single expense i can think of and lowball our income, it still comes out to like $500/mo we should have leftover and i can't figure out where it's going
i do really wish rent wasn't 81.25% of my entire paycheck. it feels like the dril candles tweet. you know.
i've made a bunch of accounts for individual expenses like bills (which aren't even what i'm supposed to be covering, but i've had to help most months lately), rent, travel, ect..
the most frustrating thing here is the fact that i know my monthly expenses in all of these regularly exceed what i'm putting in and it just feels like splitting hairs for no good reason. i'm still going to have to move from emergency/savings funds to cover bills, groceries, uber. i just don't make enough fucking money.
it's $5 here, $20 there, per paycheck. Which yeah, adds up in a month since my paychecks are weekly.
but then i paid $230 last month for uber. if i put aside ~$60 per paycheck for uber, i'd have $15 per paycheck to put towards anything else at all. fun fund, groceries, emergency fund, literally anything besides rent and transportation
drags my hands down my face.
i don't even want to check how much money i've had to spend on uber in the past month >>
