Sometimes resting bitch-face and villainish roles work.
Sometimes when I take something from a series or whatever and bastardize it with my style I'll want to bastardize my own thing with something resembling the original series' style or whatever.
I have no idea what I was trying to really do I just tried to keep her theme(sickness, filth, water, fish,) while giving her the common mega man silhouette. I still barely know jack when it comes to mega man.
Some sort of aquatic bio hazard for whatever reason. Just shake your head in disappointment and move along.
