There’s something magical about a small-town Fourth of July celebration. It’s that perfect mix of family, fun, and summer warmth that you just can’t find anywhere else.
This year, I set up my camera and tripod out in the baseball field’s outfield to capture the show. As the sun dipped below the horizon, a warm breeze drifted through the stands, carrying the sounds of kids laughing and playing kickball across the diamond. It felt like a scene straight out of The Sandlot — bleachers silhouetted against a glowing sky, families stretched out on blankets, and kids running free before the first spark lit up the night....
