I’ve done it! I’ve been “Sexy Alice” from Alice in Wonderland and two or three “Sexy Witches” from like 18+ years old.

I: Most ridiculous "sexy" costume you've seen?

Sexy Darth Vader makes me laugh. It is very ridiculous. 

J: Would you rather go to a Halloween party or go trick or treating?

Uhh... depends on the company and who is hosting the party. In both cases, I need my friends with me or I’m basically no.

N: Have you ever been tricked on Halloween?

During trick or treating when I was 16, there was one long road I went down where basically there’s one maybe two streetlights. And I got scared by a guy who dressed up in rags and straw and had a werewolf mask. He was SO GOOD he knew how to hide behind the trees and in the shadows.

P: Have you ever pulled a Halloween prank?

So... idk if this counts as a prank... but when I was 18, I was trick or treating with another girl who never got to trick or treat in her life, and wanted to go with me because she thought it would be fun to try! Weeeeell, I maaaay have let her get pranked by the man on his porch dressed as a scarecrow. Like me I knew it was someone trying to scare us with the bowl sitting out, but this poor girl, not a clue. And the guy got up screaming and chasing us, and my floormate just bolted, screaming even louder and like tripped and fell on her face and I fucking lost it I was cry laughing so hard I SWEAR I WAS CONCERNED AND I HELPED HER UP AND SHE LAUGHED TOO OK

No, no wait! I just remembered that when I was 14, my dad build a really cool coffin and mostly we just build a Michael Myers to lay in it... but my Dad also dressed up with the mask and laid in the coffin stretched out on the lawn, and waited for people to come up to our door and would pop out and scare them. I wanted to try! So I did but.... I frightened a little old granny and a 4-year-old girl in a fairy costume, so it was like half a victory moment.

V: Trick or treating: how old is too old?

TECHNICALLY there is no age limit bc the practice was done for most ages??? The point was to disguise yourself as a spirit so that actual spirits wouldn’t take you away, and then came the tradition of passing out goodies, so really... if you wanna, then go! The only reason I don’t go is because I don’t have any people with so mehhhh now as much fun.

W: Do you pass out candy on Halloween?

My mom has deemed herself the Candy Bowl Person, but sometimes I get the assignment while she goes to the kitchen or bathroom.

X: Do you go trick or treating even when it's raining?

Every year!!!!! Up until like I was...21? My college town, despite giving off the impression it was not fond of us, they LOVED us during Halloween. They wanted the college kids to come by for trick or treating, and to visit the haunted houses and as soon as I figured that out, I went every time!

Y: Top 3 favorite scary stories/books.

My top three (kinda, because I have a lot of faves but I’m just picking something to answer) favorite scary stories are: 1) "Burning Feet” from the Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark series, which was a Wendigo type horror/monster story that genuinely frightened as a child and actually I did a NBC’s Hannibal fanfic inspired by it; 2) “The Masque of the Red Death” by Edgar Allen Poe which I cannot tell you how much I love this story and I can go on forever about the literary analysis I’ve done and all of the kickass metaphors in it so just trust me, if you haven’t read it, PLEASE do it; 3) “Jenny Greenteeth” a legend/English folklore about a monster who lurks in the water and steals naughty children and it was one of the first folklore stories I ever remember learning AS a kid so yes very terrifying! There’s not any specific PDF files to read anything but there’s plenty of books!
