Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz green beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz wax beans, drained and rinsed. 1/2 red onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar. 1 tablespoon sugar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the kidney beans, green beans, and wax beans. Add the chopped red onion and parsley to the bowl.
