Make every bite unforgettable with this rich, fudgy brownie recipe. A chocolate lover's dream, made just for you! Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate / semi sweet
115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
3 eggs
150g (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
50g (1/4 cup) dark brown sugar
40g (1/3cup) all-purpose flour
25g (1/4 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 330°F. Grease an 8x8-inch pan and line it with parchment paper.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl over a simmering water bath. Stir until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.
3. In a large bowl, crack 3 eggs and beat them with the granulated and dark brown sugars until the mixture is pale and light in color.
4. Stir in the melted chocolate and butter mixture until fully combined. Mix in the vanilla extract.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the edges are crisp.
8. Let the brownies cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes. Refrigerate for the best results.

Saint Valentine’s Day chocolate bundt cake.
One of the greatest baking mysteries of our time.
If I apply that PAM nonstick-cooking oil stuff to my pan, am I then making the pan non-stick, allowing me to use the nonstick temperature setting on the directions for my cinnamon rolls?
