Happy #bakeitoff Monday!! Iām still watching the Me! Music video obsessively, so I made some me!-inspired donuts. Theyāre orange vanilla dough with a orange and lemon glaze. For toppings, I used sprinkles and made the rainbows with fruity pebbles and shredded coconut (which besides being cute has the added benefit of making the donuts even more tasty!).
These definitely brighten up any Monday morning. You can use your favorite donut dough recipe, and mix it up with your own flavors. For the glaze, I used 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons orange juice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and the zest of half and orange and one lemon.
