So my first thought when I saw this prompt list was that this prompt was absolutely perfect for The Baka Trio! Enjoy!

“Fuuuuck,” Heisuke groaned as he woke to the incessant pounding of a headache.

Opening his eyes just slightly was enough to make the headache worse, and he promptly shut his eyes with a moan. Yep…he drank too much last night. He was about to get comfortable in order to fall back asleep when he was hit in the face by a pillow.

“What?!” Heisuke whined as he grabbed it and flung it toward the direction he thought it came from.

“Get. Up.”

Another loud groan. “Shinpat-san…c’mon! Don’t tell me you’re not the least bit hungover!”

“Oh, we’re all hurting,” Harada stated. “But…we have a problem.”

Heisuke opened his eyes with a grumble and slowly sat up. Before him sat Nagakura and Harada, both looking as Heisuke felt. Their clothes had been rumpled as no one had bothered to change before collapsing into bed. Heisuke sighed.

“What?”

“What is that doing here?”

Heisuke watched as Harada pointed toward Heisuke’s right (or was it his left? It was so hard to tell direction when hungover). Heisuke followed Harada’s gesture, and his eyes came upon a rather tall pine tree standing up in the corner of the room. Heisuke’s eyes widened.

“OH MY GOD WE STOLE A CHRISTMAS TREE,” Heisuke shouted in monotone.

“How in the hell did we manage that?” Harada mused, abashed.

“And how’d we get it past Hijikata-san without him noticing?” Shinpachi muttered.

“Now we have to worry about how we’re gonna get it out of here. No way Hijikata-san’s gonna let us keep it!”

Harada let out a string of ‘fucks’ as he searched around the room for something. Heisuke has no clue what. All he knew was that while it was a good bet that Hijikata would be furious about the tree, in all honesty, he didn’t really care as much about Hijikata’s wrath as he thought he would. He wanted more sleep. With that, Heisuke dropped back down onto the futon.

“Get up, idiot!” Harada groused.

“You helped get it in here, so you can help get it out!” Shinpachi added.

“And since when did trees start growing indoors?” The all too familiar voice of the Vice Commander sounded.

Fandom: Hakuouki (modern-day AU) Prompt: Halloween

“You know what, on second thought, instead of handing out candy, let’s go to that haunted house you mentioned,” Heisuke said as he met his friends outside, a prominent crease between his brows and his hair wild as though he’d been pulling at it.

Twin noises of disbelief came from Sanosuke and Shinpachi, both stunned that the resident scaredy cat was volunteering to go to a haunted house—on Halloween night, no less.

Walking up behind them, Hijikata gave a long-suffering sigh and said, “Count me in,” which elicited shocked gasps and wide eyes all around.

“Seriously? Okay, what brought this on?” Shinpachi demanded, but Hijikata held up a hand, yelling to Saito and Chizuru that they were on trick-or-treater candy duty before answering.

Rubbing the bridge of his nose tiredly, Hijikata explained, “Ask Heisuke—he’ll confirm it. For the last eighteen hours straight, nonstop, Souji has been playing ‘Spooky Scary Skeletons’ and evidently intends to do so until it’s November first…”

As we delved deeper into the fandom, we created our own TWST AU, in which we got Isekai-ed in Twisted Wonderland, knowing it was a game.

In the longest time I've always kept them hidden, but after seeing how everyone share their yuus and going through the drawings once again, I had the courage to share them 💪

Above is what happens right after we got out of the coffin and notice we are in Twisted Wonderland.
