Chloe looks so easy-breezy in her Baja pullover that I finally got over my Fear. The Fear that settled into my bones circa 1982. The Fear that was instilled by the careless comment of a dude on the street in Tijuana while I walked with my family after the most unfortunate short haircut of my life. Yep. He asked if I was a girl or a boy.
And I was wearing my BAJA PULLOVER HOODIE!!!
Unfairly or not, the blameless garment got the brunt of my negative associations with that moment, and I never wore it again.
Until now! Ordered one off eBay this week and I am going to banish those demons! I'll keep you posted.
