American Airlines first off I hate having to get a connecting flight when a straight through flight is 2 hours. How how how did my bag end up in Charlotte??? I had to go to Miami for a layover then catch another prayed for airplane to Jax. Already feel like it's late got in few mins before 11pm, but my luggage will arrive 11:44pm HOW. The tag clearly said MIA. I peeled off the CTL sticker that was on top to be sure. At least they put expediate on it.
