how does a BAH blog work with anti-endo attached to it if that makes sense?
i know endos use it as a way to basically create alters in their head no trauma attached etc etc, but how does this work as an anti-endo blog? we are anti-endo as well so this isn’t an interrogation haha!!
ive seen some people on this site say it helps with grounding fragments who already exist, but im just curious ^_^
Hi there! Great question! So, fragment heavy systems, especially systems that split really quickly, regularly, and easily often have a difficult time with helping those new alters find identities. Basically what I do is I research the fictive and write what I think would happen if said character was placed in a new world, specifically ours. Everything I write is an opinions and a suggestion not meant to be taken as singular proof. Honestly, when I used to use BaH rather frequently for my own fragments, I was just getting ideas for the fragments. Names? Want to try any of those? Hobbies? Do any of those look fun? Does this personality connect with you at all? These coping skills look good for you! Basically, I'm just creating an optional description that you can pick apart and rebuild to hopefully help your fragments feel a bit more comfortable and a bit more developed.
