-galixae is killed alongside farran. the result is rannochaos is allowed to continue without opposition

-rian’s egg is found and destroyed. kastra is killed.

-the inquisition quietly grows stronger, gathering more and more forces--either legendaries or otherwise powerful pokemon.

-adelinda??? is killed by inquisition--it’s one of the first biggest, pubic moves they claim since they killed nimbus, although this is the first time it’s an alpha

-this spurs a panic in which noctilucent decides to act. they create an army of mutated pokemon known as the dusk, which rises to try and destroy the inquisition

-the war wages for bitter months, both sides not really gaining a foothold on each other

-successful assassination attempt of noct? either way, the dusk loses somehow in a vicious, final manner. with nothing else stopping thme, the inquisition becomes their Culling.

-the surviving alpha legendaries and their kin try to create a last ditch effort to call forth arceus to slay the rampaging dialga

-forrest creates a small fighting force known as the phoenix trio, consisting of a few Dusk champions returned from the dead

-the attempt to summon arceus fails drastically--perhaps some of the summoners were traitors? many more legendaries/alphas are killed. among them, adonis, kepherel, eon duo if i snipe them? maybe essence if she’s realized by now the inquisition are bad?

-forrest meanwhile is captured, his phoenix trio are killed (inquisition is unaware of their ability to return to life suckers), and forrest is trapped and used as bait to bring forth his father

-iridescent falls for the trap, resulting in his death. forrest is branded and scarred as a brutal reminder of his father’s demise and the inquisition’s power. in his rage, ecruteak is totally annihilated.

-if not earlier, essence probably dies at some point. tisiphone becomes alpha but it’s a hollow title. she joins her fellow duo mate in ecruteak, where the pair form a sort of refuge for those who need shelter from the inquisition or at least a place to rest

-meanwhile, rannochaos is getting more and more visions of grandeur. with large amounts of the population killed, mankind being destroyed, and the world turning into a husk, and his entire being growing unstable and Primal, he foolishly decides to target arceus next, thinking himself to be a superior god

-he goes after arceus, the resultant battle ends with arceus splitting into three selves, and rannochaos sustained serious injuries--losing an eye and a limb, numerous scars, etc etc. he crawls off to heal.

-as he is trying to heal, kairos and the inquisition attempt to sway one of the splinters, alpha, to their cause. while vulnerable and alone, rannochaos is finally assassinated by a small group of rebels, although said rebels are promptly hunted down and slaughtered

-kairos leads the organization (alongside alpha, perhaps?) while the new dialga, anachronos, is raised and taught in the ways of the inquisition. anachronos proves to be more cautious than his predecessor and less violent, allowing the land to heal. while most if not all shinies/deltas/etc. are dead, the crusades to slay them eventually draw to a close, and the world heals.

-centuries pass, etc etc, reaches rough current PMD timeline stuff, where the world is generally in a normal state as it used t obe before the Culling and the Inquisition’s rise to power.

-very rare shinies/deltas/etc remain in hiding (more deltas than shinies, as deltas can usually hide their extra status and thus the gene was more common/survived), but overall there’s less mass murder and genocide

-all in all if you ignore the fact very very very many pokemon/people/etc, died to reach this point it’s not all bad
