NĂŁo se importa em falar com vocĂŞ particularmente, tem que expor um suposto erro seu no grupo de whatsapp do trabalho, onde todo mundo pode ver e julgar. NĂŁo se importa em se fazer disponĂvel, aĂ coisas desagradáveis acontecem e ele diz que Ă© como se vocĂŞ nĂŁo tivesse feito nada, sendo que vocĂŞ trabalhou de acordo com ordens e informações de, pelo menos, trĂŞs pessoas diferentes. Ele bate a porta dum jeito forte, porque seu colega de trabalho fez perguntas quando ele nĂŁo queria que fizesse. – Ao mesmo tempo em que vocĂŞ quer confortar e falar com seu colega sobre isso, nĂŁo pode, porque tem trabalho pra fazer e, daqui cinco minutos, Ă© vocĂŞ quem pode estar passando por isso. E foi exatamente assim que aconteceu.
O que a gente faz pra cuidar de si e de quem pode precisar de ajuda quando isso acontece? Como é que a gente se coloca e fala que isso faz um mal extremo pra saúde mental das pessoas? – E, olha, eu tô bem.
