is there a cohesive explanation or word for the liberal phenomenon where someone's entire gamut of political posting is entirely "Fuck Trump!!" and no other like, local politics, policy positions, activism, etc. like they know trump sucks but never articulate it or do anything other than posting FDT memes. dawg I wish I got physical therapy as a kid sooner than 14. and even when I did go at 14 we were so focused on my knees and my balance that we missed my hips as problem areas. and now as a Working Adult I just don't have time to go back to PT unless it's 100% crucially necessary which it really isn't rn. I guess I should dig up some of my old PT stretches guides and try and use those more frequently but nothing compares to the spinal decompression machine and manipulation by a PT dr. and their TENS machine that was big and on a cart that felt way better than any home device has
