I know what the man in question calls this experience but we both hate it for very different reasons

dawg I wish I got physical therapy as a kid sooner than 14. and even when I did go at 14 we were so focused on my knees and my balance that we missed my hips as problem areas. and now as a Working Adult I just don't have time to go back to PT unless it's 100% crucially necessary which it really isn't rn. I guess I should dig up some of my old PT stretches guides and try and use those more frequently but nothing compares to the spinal decompression machine and manipulation by a PT dr. and their TENS machine that was big and on a cart that felt way better than any home device has
