Well I just dodged the bullet...barely
So yeah, I just barely dodged some DeviantART drama. Here is what happened.
And before we start, I will be referring to the people involved as person A and person B.
So Person A posts a journal about how they are in some minor financial trouble with their friends over a graphics tablet. This person also stated that person B would try to bad mouth them. So I went to cheer up person A. And I went to bed under the assumption I had done a good deed.
Now the next day rolls around and person A has deleted the journal about the issue... flags are going up, but I ignored them. This person also says the issue has been resolved.
Later on: Person B rolls around to my page and says person A is a terrible person and also says this on the second journal person A posted. At first I was like: “oh boy, here we go.” But then person B caught my eye when they said person A would delete that first journal I mentioned. Yes, person A could have been lying and leaving out key details.
So what did I do in response to this? Simple: I blocked both of them. In retrospect, this is probably a bad idea. But either way it would of turned into a pick your poison scenario. I went with the lesser of 3 evils.
Also; they are random people I don’t know. Who was I to trust? Neither in my opinion.
