So, as a lot of you know by now, my dear friend Albert committed suicide last week (which I wrote about here). His death has been really hard for me to process, but I know his family is doing even worse.
So here's my idea. In addition to praying for Al and his family, I'd really like it if you could write some notes of condolences to Al's family and submit them to me. Then I'll collect them and send them to Al's brother, who will hopefully share them with the rest of the family. You don't have to say much, just tell them that they'll be in your prayers and offer any support or encouragement you can. Just knowing that people care will be a great comfort, I'm sure of it.
In addition to being a great person, Al was an avid and longtime Sailor Moon fan and participated a lot in the fandom, so I'd love for the fandom to rally together and honor a fellow fan by bringing comfort to his family. I feel like this is the least we can do. So please, take the time to offer whatever you can!
