I thought I'd do a before and after comparison with my Black Series Bad Batch customs. I use a 3D printed MJB Customs animated style head, and paint that and more detail on the armor. I only have Season 2 versions of Hunter and Echo done so far, but will do Wrecker and Tech soon.

I do make these to sell, and can do other characters.

I couldn't think of anything I'd rather do for my birthday than paint Hunter, so here he is! Can we call him the man in black? Or blacks? 😁 I just made a simple one but wanted to capture his thoughtful look. It's an 8x10 acrylic on canvas board, and yes I do make prints.

Hot off the presses, or maybe I should say easel! Acrylic on 9x12 canvas board. The best space dads out there! I had wanted to paint this scene for a while and finally pulled the trigger. Pun intended! I'll get prints ordered ASAP.

Because we had full sun, I braved the below zero windchill to get some updated photos of my Hot Toys figures with their MJB Customs 3D printed heads. I just finished Echo. I had another one that was printed a little too big, but this one is perfect. I tweaked his features a little to make it look more like him. I love that we can add these to these characters that only exist in animation (except that brief bit of Rex in Ahoska with helmet on.) I am going to look into getting animated style armor for Rex and Howzer next.

I changed the background on this painting - from Serenno to Aynaboni - the tropical beach setting at the beginning of Season 2 E1 "Spoils of War." I like that it makes Hunter's colors pop more and the background is less busy.

Here is my current situation. Two amazing clones stand sentry every night while I sleep. Best guardian angels ever! Between Hunter and Howzer, no threat stands a chance. :)

I moved Howzer over so I could use the area he was in to work on Rex, though I had intended to put him there anyway. I like how his picture is right over his shoulder. I had two more under that I had to move since he blocked those. But will leave his there.

Rex and Echo will be on the other side of the room, working on plans for the clone rebellion.

Most of the prints in frames are mine - a few are commercial and 2 are by other artists. I even have my Lucasfilm Animation Poster - STAR WARS Poster 20th Anniversary poster there, and my prints I had signed by Dee Bradley Baker.

Sergeant Smolder reporting for duty! Put a couple finishing touches on my sixth scale Hunter custom. I love his colorful season 2 armor, can't get enough of painting it (canvas or 3D!)

I also customized my two life size Hunter helmets (see other post for the S2 version.) These are also Xcoser brand, but I made the color way more screen accurate. I am going to order one to customize and sell. Any votes on S1 or S2 version?
