The A Cat McKenzie Novel has 5 books, this is its first. With a typical reading time of 3h13m and 230 pages. One ought to be entertained for the afternoon when you can't have a siesta. So, let's see how things go in the next paragraph, the real review. However know that I managed to read this book while sustaining a hell of a allergic reaction with a sinus attack on the side; so, if the review feels like dread all over, it's because it leaked into my writing.

And entertained I was. Cat is human (ish, I think). She's a cop transferred to the supernatural unit, and damn, her partner is sex on legs (aka Incubi). The poor girl is a literal ignorant on the matter of supernaturals, like us readers, so, you'll have to hitchhike a ride with her while solving one problem and finding more when available. You'll go to kickboxing classes and a lot of hospital visits, a magical sword following you around, and the promise of a romance with the partner. But alas, let's allow the main character open the puzzle created for her while we read some written words on that matter. Also, please enjoy the sarcasm, which was lovely, and the sense of humor, which will make you jet through the pages on a Sunday afternoon.

I've started a new Challenge! It's on my personal account so it won't be found on Streams. (Of which I'm still having Technical Difficulties on.) Meet my Asylum Challenge main sim Alice Farr. And the first Casualty... (Not Alice Farr) the only Vampire. She decided to step outside... probably to talk to themselves or their imagined friends.

Let me share a little bit about the challenge now. It's Author is Jovanna and I found it on SnootySims.com . I personally liked bits of the rules from all three levels of difficulty, so i combined them how I like and added a butler suite... I can almost afford one! The rules I am following are as Below...

Starting Funds: 100 Aspirations: 3 Work: All (Main sim any career/others Criminal) Outside: Gate open 7AM-5PM / Outings 9AM-3PM Services: All Furniture: 6Bed/2Bath (Butler suite), 8 Seats, 1 PC & 1 TV, 5 Skill Building Objects

Then I made a holiday for every Tuesday simply named Outing with the Travel selection and a day off work. So every Tuesday we go out all together, this first Tuesday we went to the Park! I'm thinking the Gym or Library for the next Tuesday.

I forgot to mention that I am in Willow Creek near the Goth's. And I found my Asylum on the Gallery and just altered it slightly to fit my needs and wants. It's by GingerSnapSim and is based off of EnglishSimmer's Asylum.
